There is a Feature in Business Central that if we don’t know that where the document or any data is present, so we can use this Feature. For Example, there is a Posted Sales Invoice present in the System with the code of 103034.
Let’s assume that we don’t know that this document number is present in the system but we don’t know that it is a Purchase Order Number, Sales Order Number, Or any General Entry Number so we can search that is the system.
Click on the Search Company Data.
We can Search for the Number or Letters in the Top Bar. In the Result Section, you can see that there are list of transactions or documents that are present in the system. Because we wanted to see the Posted Sales Invoice so we will click on the 103034 Adrem Middle East Technologies and it will open the document.
