Business Central’s integration with AI-Copilot streamlines item detail creation, especially when linked to your Shopify store. With AI assistance, crafting polished descriptions is effortless. Enhance efficiency by directly publishing refined details to your Shopify store with a simple “Add to Shopify” selection.
If you plan to use Copilot and upload pictures in Business Central, start by enabling the feature. Search for “Copilot & AI Capabilities” in system settings to activate this functionality.
Enable the feature of Allow Data Movement.
Once it is done, go to the Item list, there is an option of
Click on the New from Picture and from now the process of Copilot or AI will start. It will open an area where you have to upload the Picture of the Item. For the example I am taking the Picture of the Chair.
After enabling the feature, the system autonomously provides details using Item Attributes. In the example below, it automatically identifies the Category as “Chair,” and the Template Item is set as default. If there are specific specifications to include, simply input them in the Value column as needed.
Once it is done then Click on Ok. And an Item will be created in the system for this Chair using the Picture.
In the Fact Box you can see the feature of Draft with Copilot and click on that. After that system will going to draft the Marketing Text.
After that it will suggest you the Text. If you like it then Ok otherwise you can regenerate that and you can change the properties as well.
Let’s discuss some important features:
- Tone: Specify the desired tone such as Formal, Casual, Upbeat, Inspiring, or Creative for the required text.
- Format: Choose the preferred format – Tagline, Paragraph, Tagline + Paragraph, or Brief.
- Emphasis: Highlight key aspects in the paragraph related to Innovation, Sustainability, Power, Elegance, Reliability, and Speed. Craft the content to emphasize these specific qualities.
There are some other features like adding the Links or change the color of the Text and some basic features like that.
- First two are related to the Font Sizes.
- B – For Bold the Text
- I – For doing the Text Italic
- U – For Underlining the Text
- Next two are related to colors.
- Next two are related to Bullets.
- The next two are related to Increase and Decrease in Indent.
- ” This one is related to the Quote.
- Next 3 are related to the Alignment of the text.
- Next one is related to the attaching the Link. Click on that a new small window will open.
- Display As: What should be the Name come on which the
- Web Address (URL): Enter the URL of the Website.
- Next 3 are related to Superscript, Subscript and Strikethrough.
- Last one is related to the Inserting the Image.
Once this is all done just Click on “Keep It” and the Text will be publish in Business Central.
As you can see “Sit in success with our sleek and stylish black office chair!”. The text is now coming just fine.
Now you can check your Shopify, it will be successfully Integrated.
